Articles will be accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S if returned in saleable condition within 60 days accompanied by a receipt of said article. 

 

We offer complimentary shipping for any ordered item you would like to return. Be sure to visit our website to print out a shipping label. You can drop off your return articles at your nearest ups office. Be sure to offer feedback regarding your returned product.

 

Warranty Policy

At Your Service stands by the quality and craftsmanship of each product we manufacture, which is why we offer a limited lifetime warranty. The original receipt is required for all warranty service. We agree to repair or replace any item we deem to be damaged due to a manufacturing defect. This warranty excludes damage done by owner or outside factor not related to shipping or the AYS manufacturing division. Repair or modification by any company other than At Your Service will immediately terminate the warranty of the article.
